The hit of the sewing weekend was a pouf.
We all agreed that it was a great project because it was not a lot of work and the result was a huge piece of furniture!

I placed my unstuffed pouf over Tonia’s finished pouf to see how it would look.
I think we made a total of seven poufs, wish I had a picture of them all stuffed and sitting next to one another.
I’m still “stuffing hunting” to finish my pouf. Today I scored about 6 throw pillows at the thrift shop for $1.50 (it was 50% off day!). They will be gutted and used to partly fill my pouf. I’m so glad we are putting “pouf” back into our vocabulary 🙂
yeah, it is pretty hard to fill up those poufs. they hold A LOT of stuffing! Nice score job on your thrift store pillows. I bought and washed some crib bumpers then put them into one of mine, but I still need more too. And I agree, pouf is a very fun word =)
